There are three. The Hush is free and automatic on registration. The Phantom (Hushpay+) adds early access to windows, a seven-day advance calendar and priority support. The Obsidian is our highest tier — it unlocks Obsidian-only windows and premium-cabin access on Hushpay Air, and it cannot be bought at any price. It is earned through use and venue introductions.

You claim a Member Access Window in the app. A single-use card provisions instantly to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet, locked to that one venue and that one time. At the venue you simply tap, like any other contactless payment. The difference settles privately, behind the scenes.
There is no voucher to present, no code to read out, and no conversation with staff. The terminal sees an ordinary card. That is the entire point.
No. The venue's terminal processes a standard contactless payment and nothing more. Staff never see a discount, other guests never notice, and your membership stays entirely private.
No — and the distinction matters. Hushpay is an access platform, not a deals platform. Venues open private windows to members as an invitation, never as a public markdown. Nothing about the experience signals price, which is precisely why premium venues participate.
Yes. We never store raw card numbers on our servers — all processing runs through PCI-DSS certified partners, and Hushpay receives only limited, tokenised data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every JIT card is single-use, time-limited and locked to one merchant, so it cannot be used anywhere it shouldn't. The Phantom tier (Hushpay+) is USD 1.99 per month, or the local equivalent, billed monthly. You can cancel any time from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Completed transactions are generally non-refundable, since the experience has been delivered by the partner venue. If you believe something was charged in error, contact us within 14 days at legal@hushpay.ai and we'll look into it. Full detail is in our Terms of Use.

Stay is our hospitality pillar. Luxury properties release their finest rooms to members when the calendar allows — booked in the app, settled the moment you arrive, discreet from check-in to checkout, and never shown as a public rate.
Air is our premium-cabin pillar and the most exclusive tier of access. Premium seats that would otherwise fly empty are released to members in silence, with no visible upgrade at check-in. Air is reserved for our highest membership tier.
