Member prices live only inside the app. There is no public page, no search listing, no promo code and no markdown announcement. Your published price list is never referenced, and you choose the floor.
You choose the ticket rules: bound to the member’s name, non-transferable, and capped per member. Tickets are issued by your own ticketing system, so your existing entry controls apply.
You pick the sections to release and the moment they open. “Section only until claimed” keeps exact seats hidden until a member commits, and Obsidian members can be given first access.
Every claim is handed off the way you choose: through your ticketing API, to your box office, or confirmed by your team in the console, within the window you set.
